Hotel Silver Spring

The culinary adventures here are unbeatable, especially with nearby gems like Twisted Willow and Kao Thai just a hop away. The spacious Two Bed Hearing Accessible Non-Smoking room let my crew spread out, and the responsive staff were really nice to.

Now, I did have to switch rooms on day two because of an overbooking issue-definitely a bummer! The bathroom vibes were cramped and the toilet paper situation was downright awkward.

Overall it was extremely spacious and huge with good space.

Excellent location in the good area, close to Downtown Silver Spring, the Metro and DC, airport and shops & restaurants. Very impressed with guest room with a pull out coach...

No breakfast at all.

This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception, and a solid fitness center. I still remember how the staff helped me retrieve sim cards I left behind. I highly recommend staying here!

the hotel was in an ideal location next to the metro and dc. the room we had was terrific with 2 beds and the staff was courteous. the service was excellent, totally satisfied.

Its breakfast certainly should have been included.

The comfort and the very respectible staff. I had a wonderful Honeymoon there, very quite. Everything I knew it would be with beauiful surroundings. Very convenient to the Movie Theater, shops, and eateries. I would recommend to all I know.

The elevator door squeaked a little loudly

The location was superb. Very close to the metro station and my meetings.

Originally I was next to the elevator - don"t take a room near the elevator! It goes 'ding-ding' all night!!! But they moved me the next day when requested so as long as there is an alternative available, it wasn't bad though the rooms (both) were vary small compared to others I've stayed in for the same price..

Front desk staff was very nice when they did not have any reservation from Booked.net for Lindsay Green. Or know about the service with you. They honored the rate of about $90 a night, however that took some pressure. Seems to be a communication gap somewhere???

Ordered breakfast with room service every morning, and always a problem. Missing card several days. Didn't pick up card once. Meal came at 6 am instead of 7:15 am on one day, and they woke me up.

1. The rooms are so dirty. 2. They have no towels in the hotel. We had one of our rooms without towels from first day. In the second room of our family towels were present first day. Second day were not and it took an hour to get clean from washing machine... Third day they took the towels again and did not substitute. 3. If you take a corner room forget of sleeping the night. The doors frames of two adjacent rooms are connected. So if your neighbor goes out or in it seems someone is in your room. 4. They do not change bad sheets for days. 5. In the bath, they will leave you used tubes and will not bring new ones. I do not think you need more, but there are many more points.

Check in was easy, and the staff was pleasant despite being understaffed both nights we were there. The breakfast, although not included, had some decent options that we enjoyed, and the gym was a great way to blow off steam after the day's activities.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Me and my husband we appreciated the room, it was exceptional and ideal.

Dirty towels in Hilton? Wouldn't ecpect that!!

A Mixed Bag Experience

The AC struggled, leaving us sweaty and restless. The on-site restaurant had decent options, but service was inconsistent. I recommend double-checking room conditions before finalizing any bookings and asking for a cooling solution if the weather's warm.

I liked the location, close to the metro. The room was clean and updated. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was not a breakfast with the stay. There was no room with tables to sit and talk with other people or play games.
